Greetings fellow surfers and web page designers, my name is Cyber Rat. I have been creating web pages for almost a year, in which I have totalled 6 complete projects (this being one of them). Having reached the conclusion that I could think of no more ideas for new sites, I decided to make one dealing with how to create web pages.
